- I believe that because the mind, body, and spirit are inextricably connected, emotional wellness is the single most important factor that can dramatically impact all areas of a person’s life. I am a clinical psychologist, certified professional coach, and speaker with expertise in emotional wellness, mental health, child development, parenting, and trauma. I teach my clients how to heal the inner barriers that sabotage their success so they can believe in themselves, achieve their goals and succeed. I help parents navigate how to model the behaviors the want to see in their child and parent in a mindful way that provides structure, discipline and lots of love for their children. I have a wonderful daughter who I love exploring the world with daily.
