I have a website dedicated to parental health, because I believe that healthy parents make good parents, not good parenting techniques. I have worked with many families who are struggling with their children's behavior and it typically boils down to the parent's health in terms of anger, anxiety, sleep, stress, career boredom, etc... I also believe that healthy parents are always growing and are rarely stagnant. So what better place to start a discussion on parental health? I know there are many healthy parents on this site looking for new ways to grow. I would like to know, what ways have you found to maintain your health as a busy parent?
