I will post an example below of my toddler incorrectly buckled and correctly buckled in his car seat. The best way to determine if the car seat…

Rascal is a sneaky little Elf, he took off to the North Pole early last night. He wanted to go back early so that he could visit Rudolf. While sneaking, back into the house last night he found himself locked himself in the dog’s kennel. I found him this morning, he looked so sad and scared while trying to get our attention to let him out of the kennel.
Find out my dog's reaction to Rascal invading her territory at…

Actions speak louder than words, and this holiday season they can also speak louder than gifts as well. That’s something I’ve taken to heart in recent years. Working with a limited budget, I realized I could put my DIY skills to use and give my family home improvement projects instead.
It’s a little off the beaten path, but we’ve come to really treasure these kind of holiday projects. They give my children, my husband and I a chance to bond and while making our home more…

Winter is here again and dreams of designer wardrobes have started to dance through the head of moms across the country. For many moms, the fantasy of owning a high fashion wardrobe is just that - a fantasy.

Looking for Boots? Buy them…

Occupational therapy is a health related profession that focuses on enabling people to perform meaningful and purposeful activities and helping achieve independence in all areas of their lives. People generally think that occupational therapy is only for adults; kids, after all, do not have jobs. But children do have “jobs”! Their occupation is playing and learning, and occupational therapists can evaluate a child’s skills for playing, school…

Rascal was still perched on the motion sensor when I went to bed last night and he seemed happy sitting up high watching the kids. I didn’t hear him sneak out last night to head to the North Pole. The baby woke up around 1:30 early this morning and Rascal was no where to be found. When I finally ready to go back to bed, Rascal was sneaking back into the house. I told Rascal good night and that I would see him in the morning.
